Recommend it for families with pets
The staff here made us feel right at home. They really catered to my pets, offering dog biscuits at check-in which was a nice touch.
The price was pretty steep for what it was, but manageable.

A great facility
Upon checking out I requested a receipt , for exp. Act., and was told that they would email it to me. I am still waiting for one. Guess I will have to call them and hope I can get one.

Comfortable room, comfortable breakfast, with a friendly and accommodating staff, made our stay enjoyable, while the complimentary airport shuttle added convenience for our travels.

Absolutely fabulous location to get to PNC Center. Very warm and helpful staff. Extremely comfortable bed in very clean and nicely appointed room.

Rooms were clean. Lobby was impressive
Checked in and the credit card that I booked with wouldn't work. Luckily I had a debit card. Card work fine later in the evening at dinner. Checked us in to a room occupied. Luckily they weren't there. Didn't make me feel real secure during our stay
